Directions By Road
Horning is between Wroxham and Potter Heigham on the A1062. General access to the area is from the south via the A11 or the west via the A47 into Norwich, then North to Wroxham on the A1151. Cross the bridge at Wroxham and take the second right (which is past Roy's of Wroxham) onto the A1062 for 3 miles, turn right into Horning village at War Memorial. This road leads to the river (200 yards) and turns to the left at the Swan Public House onto Lower Street, proceed for another 200 yards and you will find SOUTHGATES YACHT STATION on the right hand side next door to the New Inn Public House.
Directions by Rail
Access by rail is via Intercity to Norwich, which is the nearest main line connection. Then change to the Sheringham Branch line to Wroxham where an inexpensive taxi ride can be obtained to the yard.
